Desciption
Indian wolves are generally smaller thanother wolves being avout 3 ft in length and 26 in high at the shoulder, its tail is 16 to 18 in long. The coat is shorter than that of other northern wolves, and has little to no underfur. Coat colors ranges from greyish-red to reddish-white with black tips. Their dark, V-shaped stripe over the shoulders ismore pronounced than in northern wolves. While the Indian Wolf is able to howl just like other species, it rarely does.
Habitat
The Indian wolvesare found on the open lands of India and they are able to survive in areas that are considered to be desert. Some of the

Reproduction
The mating process for indian wolves has often took place in October which is very different from other species of wolves. It is believed that since it rains during that time, helping to grow more food for the wolves, is partial responsible for that timing. The mother will have several dens in a given area and move her young around often. They come out when they are about three months of age.
Diet / Feeding
An Indian Wolfs dietis made up of small animals. This includes rodents, rabbits, and raccoons. The pack will be not very close to each other
